ABOUT THE CAUSE:
Children’s Flight of Hope provides air transportation for children in need of specialized medical care. It works internationally and is based right here in the Triangle
Hops for Hope is one of Children’s Flight of Hope’s annual fundraisers, allowing it to fly even more children to medical treatment.
This year, for its 5th anniversary, 26 local corporate teams are paired with 24 local breweries to each create an original beer and raise money for the cause.
The event is an epic tasting event and beer competition taking place Sept. 14 from 2 to 6 p.m. at North Hills Midtown Park. Teams and breweries will showcase their new brews to the public. Professional judges will select the Critics’ Choice winner, and the public votes on the coveted People’s Choice winner.
The event will include live music, food trucks, a vendor village and an exciting flyover by The Bandit Flight Team.
Last year’s Hops for Hope event at the Raleigh Beer Garden brought together a sold-out crowd of 1,000 people and raised more than $90,000 for Children’s Flight of Hope! We’ve already surpassed this total in pre-event fundraising and are excited to host our largest and most successful Hops for Hope event yet!
General Admission tickets are just $30 and includes a tasting glass to taste all 26 of the beers. VIP tickets are $75 and include the tastings and access to Chuy’s patio for food and margaritas. Purchase online now at www.trianglehops4hope.org.
