Holidays can be so stressful. I remember when I was younger there was always such a fuss over where and what to eat. Having to go all over town to different relatives. Now that I am older I really appreciate the simplicity of just my immediate family. We have such a go with the flow feel to the holidays now. We care more about the time we are spending together than anything else.

Corey and I got our traditional fix from his family’s thanksgiving lunch, and then my mom also cooked up a delish thanksgiving feast (thanks again momma!) Friday we headed up to Charlotte to hang out with my girl Jess and later my pops. Jess and I had a mini photo shoot around my dads neighborhood which was pretty hilarious. She also managed to snap a decent photo of our lil fam of 4. Finally I can make a Christmas card woooo! We hit up a brewery with my dad, sister, and brother in law. It was a fun but chill holiday which was just perfect!

As I ride home in the rain and reflect on all I am thankful for I feel a warmth rush over my body. I feel loved, thankful, and beyond blessed for the special people in my life.
